INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – SIZING INFORMATION:
◆ Please note that our bedding products, including duvet covers, fitted sheets, and pillowcases, are made to UK standard sizes. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, we strongly advise you to double-check the size of your mattress and the bedding dimensions before placing your order. This will help ensure that the bedding you order is the correct size for your needs.
◆ As all of our bedding is handmade, we strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected at the time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS:
◆ We are happy to cancel an order within 48 hours (2 days) of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
◆ After this 48-hour window, we are unable to cancel orders as we send designs to our fabric printers, and they are unable to cancel orders once processing has begun.
◆Please make sure to request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order if needed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
◆ All of our bedding is bespoke and handmade to order, tailored specifically to the sizes you select.
As such, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
