Shipping Policy

The majority of our items are handmade to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch. Dispatch times will be noted on each listing page for clear transparency.

Processing Times

  • Changing mats and Lampshades are usually dispatched within 3-5 days, some may take longer depending on stock availability. 

  • Custom made orders such as bedding, curtains, rugs etc. are usually dispatched within 2–4 weeks. 

  • Larger or custom orders may take a little longer — please check individual product listings for specific timeframes

  • For larger orders, some items may be posted separately, this is to help avoid damages to items. 

These are approximate timeframes. If you need your item by a certain date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

Delivery Information

We use a range of reliable couriers, including Royal Mail and Evri and for International orders we tend to use DPD, Fedex and Parcel Force, depending on the size and destination of your order. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (where applicable).

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • Europe: 5–10 working days 

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. (Excluding Northern Ireland, Ireland, Europe at this current time)
However, all bedding is made to UK standard sizes, so please double-check your measurements before placing an order. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing on international orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by border controls.


Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels delayed by the courier

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect address details

If your parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
