Shipping
What’s your current turnaround time?
Changing Mats & Lampshades: Usually dispatched within 2–5 working days
Rugs: Usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks
Curtains & Bedding: Usually dispatched within 3–4 weeks
Pillows: Usually dispatched within 2–4 weeks
For larger orders, the longest dispatch time will generally apply. However, we may be able to send out any items sooner if they’re ready—just get in touch!
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and depend on availability. If you’ve already placed an order, your confirmation email will include your dispatch time. Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure!
I made a mistake on my order/address—can I change it?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible!
We're usually able to accommodate requests within the first 24–48 hours. However, once your order has been started or dispatched, we may not be able to make any adjustments.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes - If we are able to! Message me before ordering and I’ll let you know if I can meet your deadline.
How much is postage?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your basket and location. Tracking will also be provided when your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. But some countries we are sadly unable to due to some customs restrictions!
Please also be aware that customs fees/duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As most items are handmade to order (and for hygiene reasons), we generally don’t accept returns/exchanges.

Faulty or damaged items will, of course, be put right—just contact me within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
How do I return an item?
We’re happy to accept returns for changing mats, provided they are unused and still in their original packaging.
To start a return, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are usually accepted within 48 hours, unless your order has already been started or dispatched. Please contact us ASAP.
Product Care & Safety
How do I wash and care for my items?
Curtains: Machine washable at 30°C or 40°C on a gentle cycle with a low spin. To dry, hang directly on the curtain rail or over a banister to help reduce creasing. Do not tumble dry or iron.
Bedding: Can be machine washed at 30°C or 40°C on a normal cycle with a medium spin. Bedding can be ironed with care. Please do not tumble dry.
Lampshades: Not suitable for machine washing.
Rugs: Machine washable on a low to medium spin. Please note, they can take a little while to dry. Do not tumble dry.
Pillows: Pillowcases can be washed on a normal cycle (do not tumble dry). Shaped character pillows are not machine washable, as this may cause the stuffing to bunch—wipe clean only.
Please note: We cannot take responsibility for any washing mishaps, so always follow care instructions closely.
Are your materials baby-safe?
We carefully source quality fabrics and components suitable for little ones. If you need specific certifications (e.g. OEKO-TEX®), please message us.
Our changing mats are made from durable PVC, making them 100% waterproof and easy to wipe clean. They’re also printed using non-toxic inks, ensuring they’re safe and suitable for your little one.

Do you take wholesale or trade enquiries?
Yes! We've worked with many brands all around the world. We can also private label our items and create custom items specific to your brand! We've even been on the telly!

Will I find LEGO in my parcel?
There’s a tiny chance! My two mini helpers love “assisting” with lampshades. We do our best to keep your orders LEGO-free—but if one sneaks in, consider it a bonus surprise from the junior team. 😉
