• Please note that the colour of the real item may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor settings and lighting.
• When ordering matching items such as curtains, rugs, or changing mats, there may be slight colour differences between them. This is simply due to the different fabrics used, which can absorb ink in slightly different ways. These variations are completely normal and NOT considered faults in the product.
• As everything is handmade to order, there may be slight size variances.

📦 Packaging & Shipping
• Your rug will be carefully packaged, either folded or rolled, depending on the size.
• When first opened, some creases or slight folds may be visible — this is completely normal.
• The rug will naturally relax and flatten once placed in your home. This usually takes a few hours to 24 hours depending on room temperature and humidity.
• For quicker results, you can gently use a handheld steamer over the surface to release any creases.
• These temporary folds are not faults or damage, just a natural result of shipping.

CANCELLATIONS
• We are happy to cancel an order within 48 hours (2 days) of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• After this 48-hour window, we are unable to cancel orders as we send designs to our fabric printers, and they are unable to cancel orders once processing has begun.
• Please make sure to request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order if needed. We appreciate your understanding!

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
• All of our rugs are bespoke and handmade to order, tailored specifically to the sizes you select. As such, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
• We strongly recommend using a tape measure to check the space where the rug will be placed before ordering. Please ensure the measurements are suitable, as we cannot alter the rug size once it has been ordered or dispatched.
• To ensure you are happy with your purchase, we encourage you to review the product photos and description for accurate sizing and fitting.
