◆ You will receive 2 panels as standard.
◆ Polyester for a soft, breathable fabric
◆ Choose between a sleek silver metal eyelet finish (40mm), Pencil Pleat, or Rod Pocket header.
◆ Choose either our Standard (non blackout) or 100% Blackout curtains.
◆ Perfect for a variety of rooms, including Nurseries, Bedrooms, and Living rooms
◆ Ideal for adding warmth, texture, and a cozy atmosphere to any room
◆ Customisable sizes if you cannot find the size you are looking for.

Standard Curtain Overview:
◆ Polyester, for a soft breathable fabric
◆ Blackout lining not included
◆ Lets light in but is opaque for 100% privacy.
◆ Can be washed up to 40 degrees. Gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry.
◆ Tie backs are not included.
◆ Not available in larger sizes.

Blackout Curtain Overview:
◆ 100% polyester blackout lined curtains
◆ The maximum width or length for *BLACKOUT* curtains is limited to 140cm, which is the maximum width of our blackout fabric roll. For instance, I can create a maximum width of **137cm per panel** (total of 274cm for two panels) with a **length of 228cm**, as one side must be less than 140cm in width .
◆ Tie backs are not included.
◆ Wipe Clean only, do not wash in a machine. Do not tumble dry.

◆◆◆ HOW TO MEASURE - WIDTH ◆◆◆
◆ Your curtain width should be approximately double the size of your curtain pole. A little more or less is perfectly fine.
◆ No Pole Yet?: Measure the width of your window and add at least 30cm. This is your curtain width.
◆ Important Note: I will not add any extra measurements to the width.

◆ Measure from the curtain pole down to where you want the fabric to end. Typically, this is will be at least 30cm below the window sill.

FABRIC AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES:
◆ We don’t typically keep fabric in stock at our small studio. Instead, once an order is placed, the fabric is sent to our trusted fabric printers.
◆ This is why our lead times can range from approximately 3 weeks (though they may vary slightly depending on demand and other factors).

CRAFTING YOUR CURTAINS:
◆ Each set of curtains is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. On average, it takes around 4 hours to make one set, depending on the size and complexity of the design.
◆ Rest assured, we put in the time and care to ensure your curtains are perfect!

MORE INFORMATION:
◆ Please note that the colour of the real item may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor settings and lighting.
◆ When ordering matching items such as curtains, rugs, or changing mats, there may be slight colour differences between them. This is simply due to the different fabrics used, which can absorb ink in slightly different ways. These variations are completely normal and NOT considered faults in the product.
◆ As everything is handmade to order, there may be slight size variances.

CANCELLATIONS:
◆ We are happy to cancel an order within 48 hours (2 days) of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
◆ After this 48-hour window, we are unable to cancel orders as we send designs to our fabric printers, and they are unable to cancel orders once processing has begun.
◆ Please make sure to request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order if needed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
◆ All of our curtains are bespoke and handmade to order, tailored specifically to the sizes you select.
As such, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
◆ To ensure you are happy with your purchase, we encourage you to review the product photos and description for accurate sizing and fitting.
