◆ Please note that the colour of the real item may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor settings and lighting.
◆ When ordering matching items such as curtains, rugs, or changing mats, there may be slight colour differences between them. This is simply due to the different fabrics used, which can absorb ink in slightly different ways. These variations are completely normal and NOT considered faults in the product.
◆ As everything is handmade to order, there may be slight size variances.
◆ Not suitable for machine washing. Hand wipe clean only.

AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES:
◆ We don’t keep personalised mats in stock as each name will be printed as per request. Instead, once an order is placed, the design is sent to our trusted PVC printers.
◆ This is why our lead times can range from approximately 3 weeks (though they may vary slightly depending on demand and other factors).

CANCELLATIONS:
◆ We are happy to cancel an order within 48 hours (2 days) of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
◆ After this 48-hour window, we are unable to cancel orders as we send designs to our PVC printers, and they are unable to cancel orders once processing has begun.
◆ Please also make sure that spelling is correct when typing the name as we will print the exact word/name you have spelt when checking out. It is not our responsibility if the name has been spelt incorrectly when checking out.
◆ Please make sure to request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order if needed.

As such, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
