◆ When ordering matching items such as curtains, rugs, or changing mats, there may be slight colour differences between them. This is simply due to the different fabrics used, which can absorb ink in slightly different ways. These variations are completely normal and NOT considered faults in the product.
◆ As everything is handmade to order, there may be slight size variances.
◆ Not suitable for machine washing. Hand wipe clean only.

◆ We are happy to cancel an order provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
◆ If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
◆ For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on this product once it has been removed from its original packaging (the sealed clear plastic bag that protects the changing mat).
◆ To ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we strongly encourage you to carefully review the product photos, description, and sizing details before placing your order.
◆ If you wish to return your changing mat order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
◆ The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Please ensure the mat is returned in the same condition it was sent in. If the item arrives damaged or folded, this may affect your eligibility for a refund.
